On this Saturday night suddenly news spread that Lord Ganesha has started drinking milk again. This incident happened in Purani Mainpuri and Patiyali villages of Agra. Once this news started getting spread, people started to gather in front of temples of this village to also offer milk to Ganesha. Similar reports also came from the Chalesar village Agra where Nandi the vehicle of Shiva him self was believed to drink milk.
On Sunday, people from different villages and nearby states also started rushing to their closest Shiva temple with milk and spoon so that they too can please the god. Some people are found saying that Nandi and Ganesha did drink the milk while other were in doubt and sad because they were not able to offer milk due to massive crowd in front of temple.
It will be better to highlight here that in September 1995 and August 2006 in India, the same news of Ganesha drinking milk was spread which letter was found to be a hoax. Scientist and rationalist explained that time that these incidents are nothing but just an illusion of eyes caused due to a scientific phenomenon called as surface tension.
